Questions before you play
Are the games already on it?
Yes. 15,000+ games come installed on the 64GB card and sorted by console, so there is nothing to download.
Will my favorite games be on it?
The card covers 20+ classic systems, from the NES and Game Boy to the PlayStation and Dreamcast, with series like Mario, Zelda, Pokémon, Sonic and Crash. Star any game and it sits at the top of your Favorites.
Do I need Wi-Fi or a subscription?
Neither. It plays fully offline with no account, no ads and no monthly fee.
Does it save my progress?
Yes. Save anywhere in any game and pick up exactly where you stopped, even after switching off.
How long does the battery last?
About seven hours of play per charge, and it charges by USB-C from any phone charger.
What if the memory card stops working?
Every card is read in full and checked before it ships. If anything goes wrong in your first 30 days, we refund you in full.
Can I add more games?
Yes. The second card slot takes more games, including new community-made releases.
Is it good for someone new to retro games?
It's the easiest way in. The menu is sorted by console, and Favorites keeps the games you're trying close at hand.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with a tracking link sent by email.
What if I don't love it?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. We pay return shipping on every return with a prepaid label.
